摘要

近年来,技术创新也在住房建设领域得到拓展。单元基本配筋系统(BRS)是房屋基座制作中“配筋工艺布置”的重要创新之一。这一过程过去是手工完成的,现在很多房屋建筑工地都在使用BRS。BRS为工厂制造,生产工艺复杂。因此,过程系统化落后。将BRS的制造前提看作是一个每道工序的批量条件不同的流水车间系统。此外,BRS的第一道工序是切削工序。这对BRS的制作也很重要。本文提出了一种基于批量条件优先级和切削工艺的高效调度方法。
