A total of 800 colleges students from a common college in Beijing were randomly selected as the subjects, and half of them were subjected to a 3-month-long water sports program. The results show that water sports can greatly improve mental health of college students, enabling them to overcome difficulties and reduce negative emotions like depression and anxiety; water sports also enhance the fitness of college students, and help them develop good habits of physical exercise. 摘要

为了在大学生中推广水上运动,本文主要分析了不同专业大学生心理健康状况的差异,并探讨了运用水上运动疗法改善大学生心理的可行性。研究人员从北京一所普通高校随机抽取了800名大学生作为研究对象,其中一半人参加了为期3个月的水上运动项目。结果表明:水上运动能显著改善大学生的心理健康状况,使大学生能够克服困难,减少抑郁、焦虑等负面情绪;水上运动还能增强大学生的体质,帮助他们养成良好的体育锻炼习惯。研究结果证明了通过水上运动促进大学生心理健康的可行性。
