摘要

牵引逆变器是列车牵引传动系统中最重要的组成部分之一,其可靠性直接影响到整个列车的正常运行。本文首先在北京地铁上对TNG15型牵引逆变器的IGBT模块进行了加速试验。然后通过Arrhenius模型计算了IGBT模块的故障率,对于耦合元件,采用小样本可靠性评估方法计算了其故障率。结合牵引逆变器中其他电子元件的可靠性参数,通过GO方法对牵引逆变器系统进行定性分析和定量分析。GO方法广泛应用于国防工业等大型系统,但很少应用于小型系统。本文为牵引逆变器的可靠性评估提供了一种方法,为列车牵引传动系统中其他变换器部件的可靠性评估提供了思路。
