According to the characteristics of application universities, this paper first constructs the quality evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education, then uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each index, and finally establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of innovation and entrepreneurship education quality in application universities.
