The 3D modeling software NX is used to establish the geometric model of the top nozzle, and it is transferred to ANSYS to establish a finite element model for simulation optimization design. 摘要

顶部喷嘴是燃料组件的重要组成部分,位于堆芯冷却剂出口,对堆芯出口冷却剂流动分布的均匀性和燃料组件的总压降有重要影响[1]。每种工况下顶部喷嘴的峰值应力都出现在转接板的位置,顶部喷嘴和顶部喷嘴的压降与转接板的流过面积、高度和局部特性密切相关。本文对转接板的整体结构进行了优化,在保证应力满足标准极限要求的前提下,尽可能减小压降。利用三维建模软件NX建立顶喷管几何模型,并将其传递到ANSYS中建立有限元模型进行仿真优化设计。在此基础上,选取转接板的关键尺寸参数(如肋厚等)作为设计变量,研究其对堵面积和应力的影响规律,并进一步优化结构尺寸。
