This paper has the purpose of developing a new approach to solve one of the integrated problems which concerns production, storage and distribution activities “Production-Routing Problem”, treating the economic, environmental and energetic aspects, three mathematical models are then proposed: one of them aims to minimize the total costs including production, inventory and distribution costs, the second one aims to minimize the total carbon emissions of the three activities, then a multi-objective model is proposed to join both objectives in only one using LP-metric, not only that but this problem is solved under an energy capacity constraints and with different processing speeds for the production system. 摘要

集成供应链及其效益正在被越来越多地研究,优化具有相同目标的不同过程的不同活动,特别是成本最小化,由于其对任何商业公司的价值而成为感兴趣的中心。本文从经济、环境和能源三个方面出发,提出了解决生产、储存和分配活动的综合问题之一“生产路线问题”的新方法,并提出了三个数学模型:其中一个目标是最小化生产、库存和配送成本的总成本,第二个目标是最小化这三个活动的总碳排放,然后提出了一个多目标模型,将两个目标合并为一个目标,使用LP-metric,不仅如此,在能源容量约束和不同的生产系统加工速度下解决了这个问题。最后,给出了实验结果,并对其进行了讨论,以说明这两个方面之间的权衡。
