Taiwan is high in disaster risks and has been long devoting mass amount of resources in disaster geo-information infrastructures by establishing databases and protocols within government institutions. However, indigenous knowledge for community resilience remains the gap of the disaster information infrastructure. The paper argues disaster resilience communities need geo-information could support the resolution and dynamics of disaster prone communities.
