The author stresses out the leading role of Likhachev Russian Research Institute for Cultural and Natural Heritage (Moscow, Russia) and units of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow, Russia) in conducting and coordinating basic research practices in related sector of science in Russia-wide level.
