摘要

自然灾害是世界范围内最重要的研究课题之一。随后,灾害发生后,由于环境状况的变化和公众需求的变化,对弹性通信的需求不断上升和波动。目前,云作为向用户提供服务的最广泛使用的环境已经出现。云计算提供按使用付费模式和按需付费模式的服务。调度是这类系统的一个重要过程。本文主要研究基于任务的资源调度,并采用优先调度算法(PSA)实现云服务的不间断调度。
