The results of the activities of most organizations and their experience in working with personnel can indicate that such factors as the formation of production teams, high-quality human resources, improved socio-psychological aspects of management and employee motivation are crucial in the use of human resources for efficient production and competitiveness of enterprises. This article examines the main problems associated with the motivation of personnel in small businesses.
