摘要

本文以Y802-2鼠笼式异步电动机为例,研究了正常和断条故障条件下电机的三维流场和热场。考虑电机的通风结构和换热特性,建立了电机健康运行状态下的内外流体空间和三维有限元结构模型,建立了一个断条故障状态和两个相邻断条故障状态。采用多参考系(MRF)模型求解了上述三种不同工况下电机的旋转流场和热场。分析了断条数对电机流场和热场的影响,并将计算结果与实验数据进行对比,验证了模型的准确性。
