摘要

配电网工程承包商的评价对电力系统的发展具有重要意义。然而,现有的评价方法侧重于对承包商的整体评价,缺乏针对单个项目的有效评价规则。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于pca的配电网工程承包商评价方法,对现有评价体系进行了补充。首先,采用主成分分析法选择配电网工程承包商的评价指标;利用主成分分析法对原始数据进行降维,提取数据的主要特征成分。然后,计算各指标的权重,以增强所选指标的适用性。最后,根据选取的质量指标及其权重,提出了单个项目的评价方法。实验结果表明,该方法对配电网工程承包商的单项目评价是有效的。
