Enterprise architecture (EA) is applied through TOGAF framework to propose a new process model to improve the current process model. The business domain defined in TOGAF is considered to analyze and define the current and new business process. Modelling and simulation are performed throughout Bonita Open Solution tool, which was assessed and selected from a qualitative benchmark for Business Process Management Systems (BPMNs).
