摘要

最近,日本地方自治团体为居民提供了通过电子邮件或网络传递地区事件信息的安全信息服务。然而,由于传统服务通常提供“一劳永逸”的信息。用户往往会错过信息洪流中的重要事件。本文提出了一种新的安全信息服务——PRISM (Personalized Real-time information with security Map)。对于给定的事件信息和用户的居住区域,PRISM首先根据事件的距离、时间和类型计算事件的严重程度。然后在热图上可视化事件的严重程度。因此,PRISM提供了适应用户个人情况的实时个性化信息。为了说明该方法的可行性,我们利用兵库博汉网和神户城市设施开放数据,将PRISM作为一个Web应用程序来实现。
