Covid 19. In this study, respondents were 4 honorary teachers and 1 principal in Bogor. For confidentiality purposes, respondents were given the initials R1, R2, R3, R4, R5. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and a list of questions compiled for interviews was developed based on related literature. Respondents for this study were honorary teachers and school principals. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定在2019冠状病毒病大流行期间获得荣誉教师财务收入经验的信息。本研究采用探索性案例研究法,研究方法采用定性案例研究法,获取名誉教师在疫情期间财务收入的经验信息。Covid 19。本研究的调查对象为茂物的4名名誉教师和1名校长。出于保密目的,受访者的姓名缩写为R1、R2、R3、R4、R5。进行了半结构化访谈,并根据相关文献编制了访谈问题清单。调查对象为名誉教师及校长。本研究结果表明,荣誉教师在新冠肺炎大流行期间经历了几个障碍,即荣誉教师在新冠肺炎大流行期间的远程学习经历,荣誉教师在新冠肺炎大流行期间的财务收入以及荣誉教师未来的财务管理。关键词:经验、荣誉教师、管理、财务、疫情
