The influence of digitalization and automation on the organization of the labor process in the company is analyzed; the advantages of using the joint work of robotic technology and humans are outlined. The changes in the system of labor relations between the manager and the subordinate are revealed; a new economic model of employment, i.e. gig economy, is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of using remote methods of work for the customer and the contractor are given. The influence of the COVID-19 virus, which served as a catalyst for the emergence of new forms of labor organization, is paid special attention to. 本文论述了数字环境下企业工作组织方式的转变和新冠肺炎疫情的蔓延。分析了数字化、自动化对企业劳动流程组织的影响;概述了机器人技术与人类联合工作的优点。揭示了管理者与下属劳动关系制度的变化;考虑了一种新的就业经济模式,即零工经济。给出了客户和承包商使用远程工作方法的优点和缺点。尤其关注新冠肺炎疫情对新型劳动组织产生的影响。这项工作的实际意义在于分析谷歌在疫情期间对工作流程的组织,并研究俄罗斯高级控股SIBUR工作中实施的数字解决方案。
