The results showed: (1) The longitudinal comparison of the super-efficiency SBM analysis results showed that the energy-saving and emission-reduction efficiency of the Pearl River Delta region presented an overall upward trend. The horizontal comparison found that the energy-saving and emission-reduction efficiencies of the nine major cities showed significant differences during the study period. 摘要

为衡量珠三角地区九大城市节能减排效率,通过深入分析珠三角地区节能减排效率的影响因素,建立能源消费总量、固定资产投入、社会工作者投入、预期产出和不期望产出的综合考量指标体系。基于超效率SBM模型和Malmquist指数模型,对2008 - 2018年珠三角9个城市的节能减排静态和动态效率进行了实证研究。结果表明:(1)超效率SBM分析结果的纵向比较表明,珠三角地区节能减排效率总体呈上升趋势;横向比较发现,研究期间9个主要城市的节能减排效率存在显著差异。(2) Malmquist动态分析表明,珠三角9个城市的节能效率总体呈稳定上升趋势,珠三角9个城市的节能减排效率值均呈正增长趋势。
