摘要

本文提出了一种城市生活水价的动态定价方法。使用一个叫做季节性水价(SWP)的模型;城市居民水价的制定考虑到温度和降水的某些特征也可能影响居民供水水平。本文采用SWP模型估算了城市居民水价的修正系数。调整后的水费占客户人均可支配收入的比例< 3%。因此,本研究为中国水资源定价改革提供了依据。
