The results showed that the effectiveness of adding Astaxanthin to commercial feed did not have a significant effect (Fhit<Ftab) on increasing color brightness, absolute length growth, daily growth rate, survival rate and had a significant effect (Fhit>Ftab) on absolute weight growth, FCR. 摘要

本研究旨在确定在商品饲料中添加虾青素对彗星鱼的显色性、生长和成活率的影响。本研究采用完全随机设计(RAL), 4个处理,3个重复。给予(P1) =不加虾青素处理;(P2)= 250 mg虾青素/1/2 kg饲料;(P3)= 500 mg虾青素/1/2 kg饲料;(P4) 750 mg虾青素/1/2 kg饲料。观察颜色亮度、绝对长生率、绝对重生长率、日生长率、存活率和FCR。结果表明,在商品饲料中添加虾青素对鱼的绝对增重、FCR无显著影响(FhitFtab)。额外添加虾青素P4 (750 mg)是绝对体重增长和FCR的最佳剂量。
