The author compares the administrative system of France, Spain, Romania and Poland before and after the reforms, comparing them with their economic indicators over time. The author notes the positive impact of such reforms, determined in the growth of basic economic indicators, as well as positive examples of the impact on internal administration processes, which have become one of the factors of economic development. The positive experience of some countries that resolved their internal political differences through administrative and territorial reforms is also noted.
