The location of this research was in Bank Mandiri, Bandung Branch Office in PT. X. The methodology used was quantitative research using descriptive and verificative analysis. Research data horizon was cross sectional using path analysis method. The results showed that there were significant influence between the interest rate on deposit on call, and service quality, interest rate, and deposit on call to profitability. 摘要

本研究的目的是衡量服务质量和利率对活期存款的影响,以及服务质量、利率和活期存款对盈利能力的影响。希望研究结果能对管理研究特别是财务管理的发展有所贡献。它还有望提供有关服务质量、利率和随叫随到存款重要性的有价值的信息,以提高银行的盈利能力。这项研究的地点是在曼迪利银行,万隆分行在PT. X.使用的方法是定量研究使用描述性和验证性分析。采用通径分析法对研究数据进行横截面分析。结果表明,活期存款利率与服务质量、利率、活期存款盈利能力之间存在显著影响。研究还发现,直接利率对盈利能力的影响弱于活期存款利率对盈利能力的影响。
