In this work, a strategic optimal distributed power production with renewable energy resources in a typical hospital campus has been proposed considering its economic aspect. The annual operating cost for optimal power operation with demand side management (DSM) has been found. Particle Swarm Optimization with an Aging Leader and Challengers (ALC-PSO) has been used here as solver.
