: In general, teacher did self-reflection but only in terms of thinking but did not take time specifically or special guideline how to do self-reflection in learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the teacher's description in doing implementation of self-reflection on mathematics learning. The method of this research is case study which is included in qualitative research. Self - reflection learning is done through teaching journals, video recordings, and questionnaires.
