After analyzing, color-sensitive graph coloring (CSGC) is a special UCSGC. Under the model, this paper gives an Optimized Genetic Algorithm (OGA) to maximize the benefits of the network. The algorithm not only is convergent, but can avoid the remaining local optima by randomly adding the individuals.
