This research uses quantitative research with descriptive analysis approach. The population in this study were 75 respondents, each of whom worked for 3 MSMEs in the city of Jakarta. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique is carried out with two main parts, namely the measurement model and the structural model. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析人力资本和组织学习对公司绩效的影响,并以组织能力为中介。本研究采用定量研究与描述性分析相结合的方法。本次研究的人口为75名受访者,每人在雅加达市的3家中小微企业工作。所用的取样技术是饱和取样。本研究的数据类型分为primary data和secondary data。数据收集技术使用观察技术,深入访谈和问卷调查。分析技术主要分为两个部分,即测量模型和结构模型。研究数据分析结果表明:1)人力资本对组织胜任力有显著的正向影响,t统计值为5.176;2)组织学习对组织胜任力有显著正向影响,t统计值为4.786;3)人力资本对组织能力中介的公司绩效有显著正向影响,t统计值为5.387;4)组织学习对组织能力中介的公司绩效有显著正向影响,t统计值为3.175;5)组织胜任力不直接影响公司绩效,t统计值为1.571。
