To send the same media stream to multiple receivers, multicast is usually considered for efficient data transmission. Since multicast frames won't be acknowledged, it is difficult to evaluate the QoS of data delivery over WiFi. In this work, we proposed a so called Statistic Collection multicast scheme based on X-beacon mechanism and corresponding MAC management messages for WiFi multicast.
