The pandemic in question has caused multifaceted changes in the daily lives of individuals on a global scale. Due to the restrictions and social distance rules experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic process, changes have also been observed in the purchasing behavior of consumers. Consumers had to change some of their habits in order to adapt themselves to the process. For example, in this period, consumers showed interest in personal hygiene products and stockable food products. In this context, firstly the concept of consumption and then the factors affecting the decision-making processes and actions of consumers towards purchasing are emphasized. The study was conducted through a survey of 337 participants for residents living in Başakşehir district of Istanbul province to examine the impact of COVID-19 on consumer behavior. 摘要

2020年3月13日,世界卫生组织将新冠肺炎列入“大流行”疾病名单。这一流行病在全球范围内给个人的日常生活造成了多方面的变化。由于新冠肺炎疫情期间的限制和社交距离规则,消费者的购买行为也发生了变化。消费者不得不改变他们的一些习惯,以使自己适应这个过程。例如,在这一时期,消费者对个人卫生用品和可储存食品表现出兴趣。在此背景下,首先强调消费的概念,然后强调影响消费者购买决策过程和行为的因素。该研究是通过对伊斯坦布尔省ba ehir区337名居民的调查进行的,目的是研究COVID-19对消费者行为的影响。使用IBM SPSS 26程序对调查结果进行分析和解释,并在研究结束时通过分析来支持假设的结果。
