The micro- and macro levels modelling of supply and demand interaction processes in the IT-professionals labor market are defined, their distinctive features are revealed. The statement and objective of the management problem of supply and demand for IT-professionals at the micro level are offered, the mechanism of effective selection and recruitment of IT personnel within the enterprises is developed. The identification task of matching supply and demand and the subsequent decision-making on hiring is solved using fuzzy situational analysis and fuzzy pattern recognition.
