摘要

本文基于计划行为理论和伦理学理论,特别加入增值服务等变量,探讨消费者使用盗版软件的影响因素。采用结构方程模型(SEM)对模型进行了检验。结果表明,文化价值的“共享”和感知有用性影响个人对盗版软件的态度,进而影响盗版意图。然而,社会伦理氛围和增值服务在盗版意图的产生过程中没有明显的影响。最后,根据调查结果提出了相应的建议和对策。
