This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach method. The sample of this study were 32 employees who were taken by total sampling technique. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares). The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership style and organizational commitment. there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership styles on communication. there is a positive but not significant effect between communication on organizational commitment. on organizational commitment mediated by communication has a positive but not significant effect. \n \n \nTujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui komunikasi secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelian ini penelitian menggunakan jenis explanatory research dengan metode pendekatan kuantitaif. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 32 karyawan yang diambil dengan Teknik total sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares). 摘要
本研究的目的是确定领导风格对组织承诺的影响,通过部分或同时沟通。这种类型的研究采用解释研究与定量方法。本研究的样本为32名员工,采用全抽样法。分析工具是Smart PLS(偏最小二乘法)。研究结果表明,变革型领导风格与组织承诺之间存在显著的正向影响。变革型领导风格对沟通有显著的正向影响。沟通对组织承诺有正向但不显著的影响。沟通对组织承诺有正向但不显著的中介作用。图胡安penpenelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh gaya kempenimpinan terhadap komitmen组织结构,komunikasi secara parsial maupun simulan。Jenis penelian ini penelian menggunakan Jenis解释性研究邓根方法pendekatan kuantitaif。样品达penelitian ini sebanyak 32 karyawan yang diambil dengan Teknik总采样。智能偏最小二乘法(PLS)。Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaru积极而重要的是,antara gaya保持在转型的组织中。Terdapat pengaru是积极的,但意义重大,antara gaya一直在推动转型,即komunikasi。共产主义的积极意义在于共产主义的组织性。共产主义组织和媒体都是共产主义组织和共产主义组织的重要组成部分。
PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL DENGAN KOMUNIKASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Studi Pada PT Madu Nusantara Cabang malang)
