摘要

颈动脉血管的分割和三维可视化是治疗颈动脉狭窄的重要组成部分。本文提出了一种结合区域生长算法和行进立方算法的颈动脉血管三维自动重建方法。颈动脉血管的自动分割和三维重建只需要在人体CTA图像中手动交互式地选择目标血管中的一个点即可实现。实验表明,该方法具有较好的实用性,可以减少大量的人工干预,具有省时省力的优点。
