摘要

本研究旨在探讨体外冲击波治疗与本体感觉神经肌肉促进治疗对脑卒中患者痉挛缓解和上肢功能改善的叠加效应。本研究选取某康复医院住院治疗的脑卒中患者12例为研究对象。实验组和对照组均进行本体感觉神经肌肉促进治疗30分钟,实验组在进行本体感觉神经肌肉促进治疗前先进行上肢体外冲击波治疗约10分钟。Fugl-Meyer腕关节评分方面,各组实验前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综上所述,体外冲击波治疗与本体感觉神经肌肉促进治疗叠加效应可改善脑卒中患者的手功能。
