This paper aims to demonstrate how a tool adopted by businesses – the GRC Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance – links two academic disciplines, namely Law Studies and International Relations Studies. The GRC is a promising instrument for ensuring companies are socially responsible, contributing to social welfare. The lack of studies demonstrating the link between the two academic disciplines by a concrete resource, such as the GRC, justifies the scientific relevance of this paper. The study is also pivotal from the social perspective, as it may contribute to future studies on the role of corporations in the promotion and management of social welfare. The main argument is that the GRC is located at the crossroads of Corporate Law Studies and Diplomacy Studies. The paper explores the conceptual frameworks of corporate law studies, international relations, and diplomacy studies. As well, it operationalizes the notion of GRC Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance by detailing its components. Then, there is an analysis of the GRC at the crossroads between the two disciplines. The main find of this research is that corporate diplomacy is the bridge that links corporate law studies and diplomacy studies. Future research may focus on frameworks to favor such kind of analysis. Comparative research is also welcomed.

This study was conducted to identify the effects of parenting effectiveness, husband's parenting cooperation, and social support on a mother's parenting stress. The data were collected from August 2 to 30, 2018 by using a structured questionnaire. There was a total of 279 subjects from the online community and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 21 program. The objectives of the study were the following: determine if there is a difference in parenting stress according to the characteristics of the research subject; identify the relationships between key variables; identify the factors that influence parenting stress. According to the results of the study, the mother's parenting stress was influenced by the distress of her parents, the adverse functional interaction of her parents and children, and the effectiveness of parenting in difficult children. These results are meaningful in that they may be used as basic data for various studies that aim to ease the parenting stress of mothers raising infants.

This study was conducted to investigate self-understanding, openness, self-directedness, convergence thinking, and elaboration in college freshmen, and to investigate the structural relationships between these variables. In addition, the effects of factors influencing the sophistication of college freshmen were investigated, and the mediating effect of openness, self-directedness, and convergence thinking in the relationship between self-understanding and elaboration of college freshmen was verified. The data was collected from 2,860 freshmen who entered college in 2020 using a survey. For the study, data was collected from 2,860 freshmen of K University, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 statistical programs. As for the analysis method, first, the descriptive statistics were examined, and the correlation between the variables was confirmed. In addition, CFA was performed to verify the validity of the measurement scale, and SEM analysis was performed to confirm the structural relationship and mediating effect among five variables. Based on the results of the study, the following were found. First, it was found that college freshmen's self-understanding had an indirect effect on elaboration through openness, self-directedness, and convergence thinking. Second, as a result of examining the mediating effects of openness, self-directedness, and convergence thinking in the relationship between self-understanding and elaboration of college freshmen, it was found that all three variables are statically mediating. This study provides meaningful implications for what specific efforts should be made at the school level to improve college freshmen's adaptation to school life and academic ability and sets an important criterion for designing and improving college competency-based education for freshmen.

Sexual violence is becoming rampant and pervasive in Nigeria particularly in the last years when more incidences are reported. The phenomenon of rape, assault on women, and other types of sexual abuse are currently a social problem in the country and the country's responses and policymaking appear to be ineffective in taming the monster. This study examined specifically the role of Civil Society in the prevention and countering of sexual abuse in Nigeria. The subject matter of sexual abuse has become relevant in contemporary Nigerian society owing to the cultural, economic, political, and social implications of the act. This study gathered data from documented sources and media reports including books, article journals, reports, and internet sources. The data collected were discussed and interpreted using content analysis where big collected data were simplified in themes and sub-themes for an easy illustration. The study discovered that the Civil Society in Nigeria has been active in devising measures and procedures for preventing and countering sexual abuse through collaboration with public officials, relevant international agencies, victims and their families, and other local supporting agencies. The study recommends among several others that the Civil Society should broaden its activities to have integrated religious, traditional, and security institutions in awareness creation for safety measurement, and proactive strategies towards countering and sanctioning the culprits.

This study explored correlation of male and female citizen of Korea for Mindfulness-Based Self-Efficacy and Rumination to confirm and path of model Self-Compassion and Dysfunctional Attitudes. To this end, data was collected from 172 survey results conducted by 180. The survey consisted of, Mindfulness-Based Self-Efficacy Scale (MSES), Korean version of Self-Compassion Scale(K-SCS), Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale (DAS), Rumination Scale (RS). The results were analyzed by IBM SPSS V.22 and M-Plus 6.12 (Muthén & Muthén, 1998-2011) program. To verify average and standard deviation of variables and mediation model of how Mindfulness-Based Self-Efficacy to Rumination through, Self-Compassion and Dysfunctional Attitudes the author used bootstrapping methods. For the research result, this study presented descriptive statics for each variable of respondents’ and conducted correlation analysis among Mindfulness-Based Self-Efficacy to Self-Compassion(β=.844, p<.001), and conducted correlation analysis among Self-Compassion to Dysfunctional Attitudes(β=.725, p<.001), and conducted correlation analysis among Dysfunctional Attitudes to Rumination(β=.459, p<.001). And Mindfulness-Based Self-Efficacy to Rumination through Self-Compassion and Dysfunctional Attitudes (β=.281, C.I[.133~.548]) in due order.

Gotong royong is an original term from Indonesia which means cooperation among society members. Gotong royong is the culture value of the Nusantara (before the establishment of the Indonesian country) since the Neolithic era from 6000 BC, the core of Pancasila (the ideology of the Indonesian country), and plays a role in the government, public and private sectors. There have been many studies of gotong royong in the government and society sectors. But it is still rarely done in the private sector, especially in organizations. This study is a literature study by using various references from books and journals, both printed and online. The theory that is used to study gotong royong in this study is the Social Psychology theories. Those are need-to-belong theory, interdependence theory, communal theory, cooperation theory, and collectivism theory. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for further empirical studies so that later it can obtain a gotong royong picture in organizations both theoretically and empirically.. 1
