Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 4 Langke Rembong yang berjumlah 196 siswa. Kemudian sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket dan tes. Angket digunakan untuk memperoleh data sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika. Tes digunakan untuk memperoleh data pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Sebelum data dianalisis secara iferensial, dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis terlebih dahulu, yang meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan data berasal dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal dan berpola linear. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara sikap pada matematika dengan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa SMP di Kecamatan Langke Rembong Besarnya sumbangan sikap siswa pada matematika terhadap pemahaman konsep  matematika siswa adalah  sebesar  20,25% dan sisanya 79,75% ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.     Kata Kunci : sikap pada matematika, pemahaman konsep matematika Abstract : The research aimed to determine the correlation between attitudes toward mathematics and students’ understanding of mathematical concepts in Langke Rembong District, NTT, Indonesia. This study was correlational research. The population in this study w as196 eight grade students of SMPN 4 Langke Rembong. Then, the sample was selected by using the Simple Random Sampling technique and obtained a total sample of 66 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaire and test. The questionnaire was used to obtain data on student’s attitudes toward mathematics learning. Tests were used to obtain data on students’ understanding of mathematical concepts. Before the data was analyzed by using inferential statistic, the prerequisite analysis test was performed which includes the normality test and linearity test. The test results showed that the data was normally distributed and had linear patterns. After that, Product Moment correlation was used in hypothesis testing .  The results of this study showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between attitudes toward mathematics and the understanding of the mathematical concept of junior high school students in Langke Rembong District. The magnitude of the contribution of students' attitudes toward mathematics to students' understanding of mathematical concepts is 20.25%, and the remaining 79.75% is determined by other factors that did not include in the research . 摘要
