Importance of Internalization of Tacit Knowledge Sharing in Project Management Case in XYZ Finance

Tacit Knowledge is an essential part of the project, especially in a software development project. Because project without tacit knowledge sharing can lead to project failure. And there is concern in XYZ Finance Project did not have a good tacit knowledge sharing. We investigated these concerns by conducting an interview study with the team lead of the project, asking about his experience about this project. The result show that it is important to document and keep the tacit knowledge sharing with the use of SECI Framework
