摘要

基于钛酸锆铅(PZT)和钛酸铋锶(SBT)薄膜的铁电电容器具有电容密度和显著的自发极化。本文介绍了一种利用铁电电容器的DC-DC开关极化开关变换器。该变换器采用串联和并联两种拓扑结构,并通过计算、仿真和实验结果进行了分析。将这些变换器的性能与线性电容器进行了比较。由于极化开关,与线性电容器相比,这些变换器在更高的输出功率方面表现出更好的性能。
