By taking the Dutian Temple Historical Site in Huai'an, Jiangsu province, China, as an example, this study established two-level evaluation system of comprehensive value of the building based on analytical hierarchy process (AHP), formulated the scoring criteria and calculated the weights. Next, using ArcGIS, the current building data could be informationized and spatialized. 摘要

对现有建筑价值的准确评估是实现历史遗址建筑可持续发展的重要前提,也是历史遗址可持续发展的重要环节。本文以江苏淮安都天寺遗址为例,基于层次分析法(AHP)建立了建筑综合价值的两级评价体系,制定了评分标准并计算了权重。其次,利用ArcGIS对现有建筑数据进行信息化、空间化处理。根据评价结果,将历史遗址内的建筑划分为5类,并提出了相应的5种不同的可持续发展模式。
