The system consists of three modules: a web-based multimedia teaching material, an assignment toolkit and a virtual discussion platform. Teachers utilize them to give their lectures, organize, publish and check assignments. Students use them to review the course, handle their assignments interactively. The virtual discussion environment is specially for discussing interested topics on net by means of directly operating the entities in the engineering drawing on their browsers and displaying the results synchronously.
