摘要

研究并比较了固-液反应法和固-气反应法合成的半导体纳米CuO薄膜在不同条件下的场发射性能。利用扫描电镜、透射电镜和x射线衍射对制备的纳米CuO薄膜的形貌和结构进行了表征。在低场条件下获得了氧化铜纳米结构的稳定场发射。结果表明,纳米结构的氧化铜是一种很有前途的冷阴极材料。

Preparation and field emission properties of nanostructured CuO emitters
Field emission properties of semiconductor nanostructured CuO films synthesized by both solid-liquid and solid-gas reaction methods under different conditions have been studied and compared. The morphology and structure of the prepared nanostructures CuO films were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction.
