Using the latest topographic maps, the drainage basins, the hydrologic, topographic and morpho-tectonic parameters have been generated from the elevation thematic layer namely; the virtual elevation model (DEM) turned into appropriately decided and analyzed. The carried-out technique discovered that the hydrologic and morphometric parameters play essential roles in flash flood contributing factors.
