Measurement of Goos-Hänchen shift using polarimetry
The enhanced Goos-Hänchen (GH) shift due to surface plasmons excitation at the metal-dielectric interface is measured using Stokes polarimetry and is found to agree well with theoretical calculation and position-sensitive detector based measurement.
