It is the first time to introduce TeX technology into the course of the entire weather service for Olympic Games. A software system named OMIS (Meteorology Information Service System) which is developed in the mode has high stability and good usability. 摘要

北京奥林匹克气象服务中心(BOMSC)负责为北京奥委会提供奥运天气预报服务。本文提出了一种气象预报产品服务模式,以便及时生成气象预报产品,并将其发送到北京奥组委各部门或信息系统。为了满足开放、高速、灵活、稳定的要求,该模式采用TeX语言、关系型数据库、模板技术策略相结合的有效框架来生成北京奥运会预测服务产品。这是首次将TeX技术引入奥运会整个气象服务过程中。在这种模式下开发的气象信息服务系统(OMIS)软件系统稳定性高,可用性好。在北京奥运会和残奥会期间,OMIS一直无故障地提供高质量的气象服务。
