In this paper, a method for structural design and simulation of a two-dimensional space turntable is proposed. In the process of structural design, these key factors are analyzed in detail, and the statics, modal and dynamic simulation analysis of the two-dimensional turntable are carried out using ANSYS Workbench software. Through simulation analysis, various indicators of the turntable are checked. 摘要

为了满足二维转台的高精度和刚性要求,有必要对二维转台进行结构设计和位置精度分析。研究发现,转台的结构、阻力转矩、轴的结构以及电机和传感器的选择与设计都是影响二维转台性能的关键因素。本文提出了一种二维空间转台的结构设计与仿真方法。在结构设计过程中,对这些关键因素进行了详细的分析,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件对二维转台进行了静力学、模态学和动力学仿真分析。通过仿真分析,对转台的各项指标进行了校核。最后得出仿真结果完全满足设计指标的要求,验证了设计方法的合理性,为二维空间转台的结构设计提供了有力依据。
