The research suggests that the top management support is most important to ERP implement in SME of China, in which paternalism prevails. Database of management and capital are main obstacles. ERP 1 or ERP 2 fits to demand of SME; high power project team has tremendous significance in the situation of absence of IT engineer for SME; education and training is helpful to successfully ERP implementing.
