The key person in ensuring children’s internalization of ethical values related to sports is the physical education teachers working in schools. The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of physical education teachers working in secondary schools on sports ethics. In the literature, quantitative studies on this area have been reached, but no qualitative study has been found. This is a qualitative study that aims in depth the views of physical education teachers on sports ethics. The data of the study were collected with 14 volunteer physical education teachers working in Ankara, Sivas and Düzce in 2019. Findings categorized under four themes as \"providing a safe lesson environment\", \"develop respect and honesty in games and competitions\", \"contributing to the development of sports of children\" and \"suggestions on the development of sports ethics in schools\".
