The simulation result shows that through optimization, oxygen extraction percentage increases considerably and argon extraction percentage is also greatly improved. 摘要

深冷空分精馏塔在工业上应用广泛,能耗大,需要生产大量高纯度的氮气、氧气和氩气产品。在以往的深冷精馏塔透气性优化研究中,由于工艺复杂,很少考虑氩气塔。本文建立了氩气塔低温精馏系统的严格优化模型,并进行了详细的仿真。仿真结果表明,通过优化,氧气的萃取率明显提高,氩气的萃取率也大大提高。结果表明,该工作的优化对提高深冷精馏系统的生产效率和效益是有希望和可行的
