In this paper, the gear pump/motor efficiency test bench is designed for the bidirectional reversible working mode, which just measures and collects the key parameters signals for the import and export of the tested object in real time, while excluding the influence of plug valves power loss, valve blocks power loss, pipeline power loss, and detecting elements power loss, and so on . Meanwhile, The electric drive control, hydraulic test platform and data acquisition are designed and studied, especially for the gear motor CMW-F210-CFZS used in the closed hydraulic circuit. The AMESim simulation and test results show that the test bench has simple structure and is effective, and it can test the CMW-F210-CFZS efficiency working under the pump/motor condition at the same time.
