Therefore, on the basis of understanding the functions and technical implementation of precision marketing platform based on big data technology, this paper conducts in-depth research on the power butler service model of residential customers based on cluster analysis of user types, and finally conducts empirical analysis on the basis of constructing ADTM-AI model. 摘要

在互联网技术的发展中,电力国网企业开始利用大数据分析技术,在技术创新的同时,识别用户的多维度价值,并提出更精准的营销运营对策。由于电力市场中的用电客户属于一个比较大的群体,因此基于客户实际用电量、用电需求等内容的分析服务,不仅可以为实际管理决策提供有效依据,而且可以提高计算机系统的运行质量和效率。因此,本文在了解基于大数据技术的精准营销平台的功能和技术实现的基础上,对基于用户类型聚类分析的住宅客户电力管家服务模式进行深入研究,最后在构建ADTM-AI模型的基础上进行实证分析。结果表明,随机森林分类方法更适合于识别电力国家电网中用户的多维值,可为实际系统的准确运行提供有效依据。
