The results show that the contact resistance of bonding spot welding process is increased and the heat production of welding joint is increased due to the existence of adhesive layer. 摘要

本文针对不同强度和厚度的非均质金属板的键合点焊过程,建立了键合点焊有限元仿真模型。利用模拟焊接仿真软件,揭示了不同粘结层厚度对焊接过程中接触电阻、焊接热及焊接残余应力的影响。结果表明,由于粘接层的存在,增加了粘接点焊过程的接触电阻,增加了焊接接头的发热量。接头等效残余应力在径向和轴向上的变化趋势相同,在粘接层厚度为0.05mm时达到最小值。
