The study is significant to understand\nthe proportion of website TVCs versus other TVCs on three different genres of television\nchannels.\nAfter the study the researchers concluded that in future there will be a tremendous change in\nthe trend of advertising. A Comparative Study on the Emerging Trends of Television Commercials of Websites
Advertising is one of the tools of promotion, the fourth P of marketing. A media planner has
a number of options to choose from media vehicles like print, electronic or new media.
Television commercials play an important role as far as advertising is concerned. The study
focuses on the TVCs of websites versus TVCs of other products/services. The researchers
have done content analysis of the TVCs of three television channels, Colors, AajTak and
Discovery at prime time for a period of two months. The study is significant to understand
the proportion of website TVCs versus other TVCs on three different genres of television
channels.
After the study the researchers concluded that in future there will be a tremendous change in
